  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • How much is international shipping?

    International shipping is a flat $19.99 for the entire order.

  • How much is domestic shipping?

    Domestic shipping is a flat $5.99 for the entire order.

  • Who do you use for shipping?

    I currently use USPS to ship all of my orders.

  • Can I upgrade my shipping?

    Yes!

    USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) is $15.99 for the entire order (domestic orders only).

    USPS Priority Mail Express (1 day) is $35.99 for the entire order.

  • If I need to exchange an item, who pays for shipping?

    If you want to exchange an item, you would pay an additional $5.99 for a prepaid return tag and I will send you the exchange for the item.

  • When will my order get processed?

    All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

  • When do orders get shipped out?

    All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.

  • If I need to return an item, who pays for the shipping?

    If you want to return an item, you will be provided with a return tag and $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.

  • If I return an item, will I get the shipping cost refunded?

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

  • What happens if I want to exchange my item for a different size and the size is no longer available?

    You can use the credit towards a purchase of other items. If the other items are less, then you will receive a credit for the difference or request to receive a refund (minus the $5.99 return shipping cost).

  • The item I want is out of stock, will you get more?

    Usually no. Once we are out of stock on a specific item we do not replenish. We get new items all the time and usually do not buy the same things again.

  • When you post items "coming soon", can I pre-order?

    There is no pre-order for the "coming soon" items. Once the item is available, I will post it on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and then it'll be available for order.

  • I submitted an order, but I changed my mind?

    If you want to cancel, please let me know before the order ships.

    If you want to exchange the item, please let me know before the order ships.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    I am currently using paypal for checkout payments.
